ACS PharmaProtect GmbH, Taubenstr. 20, 10117 Berlin; Rote Liste® Service GmbH, Mainzer Landstr. 55, 60329 Frankfurt/Main; and IGES Institut GmbH, Friedrichstraße 180, 10117 Berlin are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data under Article 26 (1) GDPR as part of the diGItal pilot project.

A detailed description of the joint controllership can be found in the privacy policy.

The legal basis for processing your personal contact data is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
Your data from the contact form will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to process your inquiry, and no later than three years after submission.
Without providing your contact information, we are unable to respond to your inquiry. The aforementioned joint controllers have agreed that they will each equally ensure compliance with the obligations under the GDPR.
